You authorize us to charge any payment method provided for recurring or agreed-upon services.
Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellations may require notice prior to your next scheduled service
• Certain services may be non-refundable once performed
• Promotional or discounted services may have additional restrictions
Service Guarantee
We stand behind our service quality. If pest issues persist within a reasonable timeframe, we may provide follow-up treatment as outlined in your service agreement.
Guarantees do not apply to conditions outside of our control, including sanitation issues, structural defects, or environmental factors.
Customer Responsibilities
You agree to:
• Provide accurate information about your property and pest concerns
• Follow any preparation or post-service instructions
• Maintain reasonable conditions that support pest control effectiveness
Failure to follow these responsibilities may impact service results and any applicable guarantees.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Solve Pest Pros LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the services provided.
No Warranties
Services are provided based on industry standards. We do not guarantee complete elimination of all pests under all conditions.
Use of Website
By using our website, you agree not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt unauthorized access to our systems. All content is owned by Solve Pest Pros LLC and may not be copied or used without permission.
Marketing and Communications
By providing your contact information, you consent to receive calls, texts, and emails related to your service, including marketing messages. You may opt out at any time.
Independent Contractors and Opportunities
